GMAT: Basic Eligibility Conditions

Qualification Criteria
There are no particular academic qualifications specified for GMAT takers. Most of the GMAT aspirants are either graduates or are studying in final year of graduation or are working professionals. It is noteworthy that regardless of your graduation stream or other academic qualifications, you can appeat for the exam.
Nevertheless, you must have a good command over English Language, in order to score well in the exam.
Work Experience Requirement
There is no minimum or maximum criterion of work experience for attempting the GMAT exam. So, you can opt for the exam whether you are a fresher or experienced candidate. However, the majority of the B-schools do give weightage to work experience and related achievements during the final selection process.
Age Criteria
While there is no upper age limits for GMAT, you must be 18 years of age or above to take the exam.
As per records, candidates between 13-17 years of age also take the exam. Candidates belonging to this minor age bracket must have a signed permission letter from a parent or legal guardian to be allowed to sit for the test.
Reservation Criteria
