The Central University Entrance Examination, or CUET, is a standardised test that applicants must take to be considered for admission to various undergraduate and graduate programmes at well-known Central Universities. Applicants who want to get into the undergraduate programmes must fill out an application for the CUET 2023. The results of the CUET will be taken into account in every way when deciding who gets in. Because of this, the applicant needs to know everything about the CUET curriculum.
In 2023, the CUET test will consist of three sections –Languages, Domain-specific Test and General Test. However, the General Test section is further divided into 6 sections: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. 1. Plan and be attentive
General knowledge is not a particular subject. It is mostly vague and very general. There is no place where you can stop. Because of this, you should start getting ready for the GK and current affairs section a long time before the test. You can cover other parts, but leaving this one for last will take a long time. For this section, it is important to have a clear and well-thought-out plan. Covering important topics will be easier if you have a plan and a strategy.
2. Focus on Important Topics
There are a few topics in this section that need more attention. Below mentioned are some of the important topics:
We believe studying these topics makes it possible to score more than 90% marks in the current affairs and GK section.
Most of the questions in the competitive examinations are covered by these topics only.
3.Tips to prepare for General Knowledge
You can do well on the general knowledge test if you know a few short, to-the-point tips and tricks. Most people will tell you to read the newspaper daily, watch important GD news shows, and listen to AIR news, but no one will tell you how to do it. We will help you through this.
4. Read Newspaper Daily
It is highly recommended that if you prepare for the GK section of competitive exams, you should religiously follow at least 2-3 newspapers. This will give you a broader perspective and a journalistic understanding of a news story.
