Puzzle Explanations

Statement B implies that Dildard always has atleast one of the three pains. Part of statement C-‘My heart never pains if I have stomachache…’- Suggests that his heart and stomach never pains at the same time. Thus a part of statement A – ‘if I have stomachache also have pain my heart…. I never have headache’- is redundant.
Reviewing the remaining parts of statements A and C we infer that in order to have either stomachache or pain in the heart he must have headache. And as he must have atleast one of the three troubles, he must have headache either with or without another pain. Considering statement D- ‘if I have headache I have no other aches and pains’-gives the final answer: Dildard has a perpetual headache and no other trouble.
What a headache!
