PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Bulls eye 'Persona' is an exclusive two to three month course and includes study material, video based Group Discussions, workshops at Delhi and content sessions.

The candidates who qualify in the written part of entrance tests for selection in MBA course are asked to appear in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI). The second stage of MBA entrance is as important as the first stage of written examinations. Ask yourself the questions:

- Who am I?
- What are my strengths and weaknesses?
- What am I good at?
- Where do I want to see myself 5 years from now?

The answers to these questions lie in soul searching and right guidance from an expert. Bulls eye 'Persona' program concentrates upon the following aspects:

- Structuring the thought process for preparing the student the group discussions and personal interviews for various institutes.
- - Overcoming the fear of GDS and PIs.
- Polishing the basic communication skills of the student.
- Helping a student create an analytical bent of mind.
- Helping the student in understanding himself/herself better.
